Startlogic started ahead of the pack. They offered great prices and features. Startlogic doesn't use CPanel instead use their version called VDeck. They're adding more feature almost monthly. I have not had any down time while on their servers. I'm using what they call Prologic. All in all not a bad provider, and ahead of most the pack. Starting Friday running through Sunday Startlogic has been offering 3 months for $1 and the rest of the year for $6.95. Not a bad host if you wondering. Although competition should make them even better.
