I pay for their hosting and yet my emails all have doteasy advertising on them. I've had numerous email issues (right now it won't work), and i've noticed slow speed on their web server. tech support gets back to me but they claim all errors are on my end, even though they'll mysteriously fix themselves soon after they respond with that...

Doteasy is VERY underhanded and disloyal to their customers. I have had 5 sites hosted by Doteasy, and my husband has had 2, for the past three years. We've given them a lot of money, so it was very disappointing to learn recently that I was the victim of their email scam. They sent me numerous reminders to renew a domain name I no longer wanted. I read one of the messages, which said that my account was in danger of expiring if I did not renew by a certain date. Since I WANTED it to expire, I did not respond. But then I got a $99 charge. It turns out that in another one of the many reminder messages with which Doteasy littered my inbox I was (so Doteasy says) warned that the domain would automatically renew and my credit card (which they have on file) got billed. They were unwilling to negotiate with me and remove the charge. VERY bad company to do business with.

I have used Doteasy for over a year now and have several sites hosted by them. I have not often needed support but, when I did, they responded quickly and at length. I have heard that for sophisticated sites, they do not offer as much as some other hosts, but for me, they are great!
