Do NOT use this site. There is absolutely no way to retrieve a lost user name (and I mean I have tried EVERYTHING.) No customer support, no nothing. Lose your password...fine. Lose your user name and you are royally screwed for the rest of your natural born life.

There is zero customer service. If something goes wrong all you have is this little suggestion box and they never answer the mail and there is no phone number. You are totally on your own.
