I signed up for Register.com to design my website on September. I agree with the design taking about 13 weeks. Back and forth September became Christmas, Christmas became February and now it is March 2011 and my site is still on up. But they are still getting paid. Expensive. I started with a lady who B.S never can help; wait till the last minute to do my project. If I did not ask her to send what she had for me to review she would not have done the little bite she did. She is always messing the project up never reviewing anything before she sends it to the customer to review. So at the end of January I was transfer to another person, I thought he would get the job done. Appointments were schedule he forgets to call or his computer did not remind him, I end up call him. When I leave messages and email for him he does not get back to me, he is so business getting other clients that the clients that they have now does not matter. I remember one time I had to hunt him down, calling the service, trying to have them look for him, after all the phone call and emails, they found him. As long as they can go to your bank account and with draw their money.

I joined up with Register.com and an now regretting it. Lots of hidden small print meaning when I use their adress forwarding feature I get a nice big banner at the bottom of my website. If I wish to remove this it's going to cost! They are over expensive, they try to confuse the customer at all turns.
