Boldchat is a very cool chat program that allows you to chat with the users of your web site. The program is very advanced and a lot cheaper than LivePerson. There is a free plan and a basic plan. The only drawback is that the program only works on Internet Explorer for Windows, so Mac users are unable to chat. Also, the program currently does not allow to invite your users to a chat. The user has to iniciate the chat. But at such a low price, one can't complain.
